From the team behind No Name Lane comes One City Hill – the first stage of a vibrant new mixed-use precinct in the evolving City West area. A brand new A-Grade office building, it will be home to commercial offices, restaurants, cafes and shops set around vibrant laneways and a north-facing outdoor public plaza fronting Knowles Place.
Designed for connection
Designed to seamlessly meld work and leisure, One City Hill offers significant co-location and connection benefits. Future stages of the precinct will include around 60,000m2 of A-Grade office space, expected to be home to numerous Commonwealth and private sector tenants, and over 1,500 car parking spaces.
