In addition to managing its own property developments,  and investment holdings, Morris Property Group has end-to-end development management responsibility for Amalgamated Property Group’s developments and the management of joint venture investment assets in south-east Queensland .

More recently, Morris Property Group has expanded its property development operations to include development consultancy services to other third-party clients. MPG Investment

Morris Property Group has grown from an investment background, acquiring strategic investment properties from which hospitality and retail businesses were operated across Canberra in the 1980s.

More recently, the group has acquired further assets consisting of commercial office space in Canberra, ACT and Brisbane, QLD. The objective of the Group has been to create a stable income base from its property investment portfolio, to diversify much of the inherent volatility of development and construction activities.

Morris Property Group primarily seeks out appropriate sites on which to build brand new market-leading office buildings, or existing Grade A assets to add to its investment portfolio. With a focus on excellence of location and a renewed enthusiasm for producing ergonomic workspaces with superior environmental credentials, part of the vision of Morris Property Group is to provide market leading office space to top-tier tenants.

MPG Development

MPG Construction

The addition of the in-house construction team has enabled Morris Property Group to achieve excellence in project delivery. This in-house construction team has a proven track record in delivering high quality buildings in a timely and cost effective manner, with superb attention to detail in all aspects.

The construction team is involved in all phases of the design process, with experience in luxury residential apartments through to award-winning commercial office buildings. By providing guidance and advice on buildability, cost-effective construction methods, programming and cost planning from an early stage, project design and delivery is highly efficient, responsive and well-planned.

Morris Construction Corporation is responsible for the delivery of projects in NSW and the ACT, while Greenday Construction Corporation handles building work in Queensland. Both Morris Construction Corporation and Greenday Construction Construction are fully licenced builders with unrestricted licences in their respective states.

The construction team delivers all current projects owned by Morris Property Group and its development clients, and is also available for contract as a builder in its own right.
